2 km on the main highway out of town. It's noisy sometimes, but I have a two
room apartment, all tiled floors, kitchen with new refrigerator and plenty of
cabinet space, a balcony, and, on the roof, since there is no naturist facility
anywhere in Guatemala, I created my own naturist enclave. And I'm getting
this for the equivalent of $125 a month, water & electricity included.

That's a papaya tree just off my balcony. When
ripe, I just reach out and pick a papaya.
